Todd M. Gerdes, CPA, CFP – Member - todd@gerdesdodge.com

Todd was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. He graduated from Bend Senior High in 1986, where he participated on the Lava Bears Football and Wrestling teams. He graduated with honors from Southern Oregon University. Todd has been a practicing CPA since 1990. He specializes in estate and trust taxation as well as income tax matters for small business and their owners. He is also a Certified Financial Planning Practitioner who helps his clients reach their financial goals by way of completing a personalized financial plan.

Todd is active in the Bend community by volunteering his time to coach youth football leagues. He is also an active member of Opportunity Knocks (www.opp-knocks.org). OK is an entrepreneurially-managed, volunteer-driven small business assistance organization whose mission is to Train, Educate and Provide Problem Solving Opportunities for the small business community.

Todd enjoys traveling and camping with his wife Gracey and two boys Gavin & Parker. He is also an avid skier, who enjoys hitting the slopes whenever he can.

Keith L. Dodge, CPA – Member - keith@gerdesdodge.com

Keith has lived in Bend for nearly a decade and joined Gerdes Dodge after a long stint with another prominent Bend firm. Keith graduated with honors from California State University Northridge with a Bachelors degree in business/accounting. Keith began his career in the tax department at BDO Seidman in Los Angeles, an international accounting firm. Keith has been a tax specialist his entire career beginning in 1992 with experience in multi-state, corporate, partnership, s-corporation and individual taxation.

Keith is currently serving the community in the following capacities: Treasurer for Bend’s Community Center, President of PROS of Central Oregon and Member of the budget committee for the Bend Metro Parks and Recreation District.

Keith and his wife Cara (a teacher at Buckingham Elementary) enjoy camping and boating on the Cascade lakes with their two children Keenan and Melia.

Dennis Krakow, CPA – Firm Founder - dennis@gerdesdodge.com

Dennis has been a CPA in Bend since 1979. His background includes university and community college teaching and an MBA. Dennis focuses his work on tax planning and return preparation, business planning and financial planning for individuals. His goal is to give personal, prompt and accurate service to his clients.

Gillian Wilson – Staff Accountant – gillian@gerdesdodge.com

Gillian Wilson grew up in Central Oregon and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in May, 2006. In addition to accounting, her education included a concentration in Business Information Systems.

Gillian has worked for an international commercial capital corporation out of Seattle, Washington, and spent five years with an investment group in Bend, Oregon where she obtained Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Gillian also worked as an escrow officer and manager for a Bend Oregon title and escrow company. With 16 years of combined business experience she is looking forward to her fourth tax season with the firm.

When she is not working, Gillian enjoys mountain biking, road cycling, cross country skiing and running. She has been a volunteer and supporter of the Central Oregon Trail Alliance and enjoys being part of a community that cares.

Gracey Gerdes – Office Manager – grace@gerdesdodge.com

Gracey previously worked for 15 years in the Banking and Mortgage industry. She has been with the firm since 2005.

Gracey is active in small groups at her church. She also enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing and hula dancing with the local Hokulea Dancers.

Brittney Gescher – Administrative Staff

Brittney is currently a senior at Mountain View High School. Upon graduation Brittney has expressed an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in accounting or business. In her spare time she is active in her churches youth group and enjoys singing and playing piano.
